Love seeing that ND cap all over Europe. About time they got acquainted with ND.

How come Jen's ice cream cone had so much more on it????????????

We spent Friday with Lee and Ray and Lee's family for her father's funeral. He was cremated but they had a nice service at the cemetery as well as at church. Afterwards we went to Ray and Lee's home. Ray and I played some songs on our guitars.
Yesterday we went to Mai and Lee's 52nd wedding anniversary party. Started with Mass at the Cathedral and followed with a reception at their home up on the Mississippi bluff. Andy, Sarah and Matt, Alissa and Steve joined in the festivities. Full blown reception with everything from a catering service to Midway rental providing the canopies, the tables and chairs and white table cloths. Food was out of this world of courze. Much fun.
Today, we're hosting volleyball, swimming and barbecue. Mom's got the house sparkling as usual.

Ztay safe. Love you,

RoyandZal

Don't worry about the Z's. We had the same problem when we were in Bali, or one of those countries. You wouldn't expect keyboards to be different would you? Wonder if there are keyboards in some countries that have just symbols instead of letters?
I am glad you guys are trying out the foods of the "cultures" of the places you are visiting. You know these foods would never taste the same in the USA as they do there!!
We are busy watching the Summer Olympics.
Are you looking up any relatives while you are there?
Do you realize you are officially there for 2 weeks.
How is it going finding your hotels/hostels? Have they been acceptable for "both" of you? Have you had to look for a different place to stay? Have you visited tourist informations for help in touring places or are you guys soooo organized you have not had the need to do so?
Would love to hear about the people in the different countries you have visited so far. Give us a highlight of each area as you travel. Love you oodles. Keep safe, mom and dad
PS Pam and I are going out for coffee on Monday morning.
